     Forex is more or less a round clock activity. The day starts with Asian session, dovetails to the European session, and end with the North American session. The North American session is the most dynamic and unstable.  The other two sessions are good for beginners. Be attentive of potentially large pip spreads, as market may be thin. All forex Currency trade in all sessions although they tend to be most energetic in the session to which country belongs. Market may look thin as well the charts looks fine.
